金猫银猫(01815.HK) 及中国白银集团(00815.HK) 今日(20日)早上9时起复牌。两间公司联合公布，其非全资附属西藏龙天勇于去年下半年聘请地质专家于山南勘查区进行矿产资源普查工作。该普查于去年12月完成。其后，该地质专家就山南勘查区编写了普查报告，且西藏龙天勇提交该普查报告予西藏国土资源厅下属的西藏土地矿权交易和资源储量评审中心进行评审。
根据该评审意见书及由西藏评审中心出具的评审意见书，该普查的工作发现若干金矿化带，并在其中进一步圈定若干金矿体；估算该等金矿体的推断矿石量约为210万吨，金推断金属量约为5,800公斤，平均金品位约为每吨2.77克。
该普查报告亦指出，通过该普查期间的野外调查与综合研究，就矿床成因、赋矿规律及找矿方向进行分析，该地质专家认为山南勘查区具有断裂构造控制的中低温热液型矿床的特征，而矿山建设规模、服务年限及产品方案将在进一步勘探工作后综合评价。依据已进行分析的结果，并有待进一步分析和勘探工作的开展，初步预期山南勘查区远景金金属量可达约20至25吨，展现出大型金矿的潜力。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
