智通财经APP讯，保利物业(06049)发布公告，根据本计划(第一期限制性股票激励计划)规定，首次授予方案中向预留授予激励对象授予的锁定期为自限制性股票授予日起的24个月。限制性股票授予后的24个月至60个月为解锁期，解锁期内若达到本计划规定的解锁条件，授予的限制性股票将分三批解锁。
于2025年1月20日，公司董事会审议通过了关于公司限制性股票激励计划预留授予第一批解锁的决议案。根据该决议案，截至本公告日期，预留授予的两年锁定期已经届满，已进入第一个解锁期。参与预留授予的激励对象中，除部分人士因退休、离职等原因其持有的限制性股票已失效外，其余31位激励对象均已满足预留授予的第一批解锁条件，其持有的共计23.61万股公司H股股票已于2025年1月20日解锁。
