智通财经APP获悉，长飞光纤光缆(06869)午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.58%，报13.7港元，成交额4122.05万港元。
野村发布研报称，长飞是中国光缆市场领导者之一，经过内地电讯运营商资本支出下降周期，认为该公司的业务多元化努力可能会在2025年取得成果。同时作为A股博创科技等股东，野村相信长飞将受惠于其全球人工智能网络产品的需求。该行认为，在坚定的人工智能需求以及更佳的产品组合的驱动下，长飞的收入和盈利会迎来转折点。
值得注意的是，博创科技此前披露了拟以3.91亿元的价格收购控股子公司长芯盛少数股东合计持有的长芯盛18.16%股份的公告。有分析机构指出，博创科技原本不做AEC产品，其主要产品为AOC，后来博创科技被长飞光纤收购。长飞光纤旗下的子公司长芯盛主营AEC、ACC、DAC、铜缆等，为了解决同业竞争问题，长飞光纤将长芯盛转移为博创科技子公司，长芯盛和国内寒武纪和字节等公司在AEC领域有所合作。
