智通财经APP获悉，半导体股早盘走高，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨3.61%，报37.3港元；晶门半导体(02878)涨3.09%，报0.5港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨2.58%，报23.85港元；上海复旦(01385)涨0.84%，报14.44港元。
消息面上，1月13日晚，美国商务部发布了名为《人工智能扩散框架》的临时最终规则，对先进计算芯片以及闭源AI模型的出口实施新的管控措施；1月15日，荷兰宣布将扩大半导体相关物项出口管制范围。中信证券发布研报称，美国限制持续倒逼AI算力和先进制程的国产替代，中信证券测算国内AI算力芯片的市场空间约为300亿美元，持续推荐相关国产晶圆代工、算力芯片设计、半导体设备、先进封装产业链。
昨日，商务部表示，国内有关芯片产业反映，一段时间以来，拜登政府对芯片行业给予了大量补贴，美企业因此获得了不公平竞争优势，并对华低价出口相关成熟制程芯片产品，损害了中国国内产业的合法权益。中国国内产业的担忧是正常的，也有权提出贸易救济调查申请。对于国内产业的申请及诉求，调查机关将按照中国相关法律法规，遵循世贸组织规则进行审查，并将依法启动调查。
