智通财经APP讯，上海电气(02727)公布，预计公司 2024 年度归属于母公司所有者的净利润为人民币 6.8 亿元至人民币 8.1 亿元，与上年同期(法定披露数据)相比，将增加人民币 4.0 亿元到人民币 5.3 亿元，同比增加 138%到 184%;与上年同期(重述后的财务数据)相比，将增加人民币-1.3亿元到人民币 0.1亿元，同比增加-15% 到 1%。预计公司 2024 年度归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益后的净亏损为人民币 5.2 亿元至人民币 6.2 亿元，与上年同期(法定披露数据与重述后的财务数据一致)相比，将减少人民币 6.0 亿元到人民币 7.0 亿元。
经初步测算，公司 2024 年度归属于母公司所有者的净利润较上年同期增长的主要原因如下：报告期内，公司夯实基础，聚焦主业，毛利额及毛利率均较上年同期有所上升; 公司优化债务结构、压降有息负债规模，经营性现金流进一步改善，财务费用较上年同期有所下降。
