深圳控股签署物业管理关联协议 2025年度费用上限为772万元
财中社1月20日电深圳控股（00604）发布公告，科学城公司与深业物业运营于2025年1月20日签订了2025年物业管理服务协议，协议自2025年1月1日起生效，至2025年4月25日止。根据协议，深业物业运营将为科学城公司提供物业管理服务，服务内容包括共用区域及设施的维护、清洁、安全等。
根据公告，科学城公司将每月支付管理服务费为201万元，费用可根据物业使用率及服务表现进行调整。协议中设定的年度上限为772万元，符合上市规则第十四A章的规定。深业集团持有科学城公司已认缴注册资本的60%，科学城公司为深业集团附属公司，且深业集团为公司最终控股公司（截至公告披露日，透过深业集团持有63.19%股份），故深业集团附属公司科学城公司为本公司关联人士，因此此协议构成持续关联交易，需遵守申报和公告规定，但免于独立股东批准。
