　　易大宗（01733）发布公告，于2024年12月16日，象晖新加坡（象晖能源的全资附属公司）与指定银行A签订了总合同，象晖新加坡将与指定银行A进行外汇衍生产品交易（包括远期结售汇、期权、掉期等）。就总合同项下拟进行的交易而言，象屿股份同意就总合同项下象晖新加坡需妥善履行的责任和义务向指定银行A提供金额总计不超过约700万美元的企业担保并签订银行担保合同。象晖能源由本公司及象屿股份分别持有49%及51%。

　　于2025年1月17日，本公司与象屿股份订立反担保合同I，本公司同意按其持有的象晖能源49%股权比例，就银行担保合同I项下象屿股份可能支付的相应比例的担保金额以及任何应计利息，违约金、赔偿及其他相关费用及开支，向象屿股份提供金额总计不超过约377.3万美元的反担保I。

　　为进一步拓展蒙煤贸易业务，合约双方通过反担保及相关交易文件下的安排，给予象晖能源充足的运营资金的支持。
