智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)公布，公司收到昆明市西山区人民法院发出的《云南省昆明市西山区人民法院协助执行通知书》((2024)云0112执保633号之一)，获悉昆明滇池投资所持有被查封、冻结的公司金额为人民币200,107,000元的股权被予以解除。
根据协助执行通知书所述，西山区人民法院已就大方新锐商务服务有限公司提出解除对昆明滇池投资名下被查封、冻结的财产的申请作出民事裁定书。根据协助执行通知书及该民事裁定书，公司被要求协助执行解除昆明滇池投资持有的该公司金额为人民币200,107,000元的股权的冻结。
