智通财经APP获悉，金猫银猫(01815)午后遭资金爆炒，截至发稿，涨62.07%，报0.47港元，成交额1414.47万港元。与此同时，中国白银集团(00815)涨近14%，盘中高见0.29港元，成交额突破500万港元。
消息面上，中国白银集团和金猫银猫于去年11月初联合宣布，深圳国金通宝有限公司(金猫银猫的全资附属公司和中国白银的非全资附属公司)拟向上海鑫鼎金属材料有限公司出售目标公司51%股权，代价为人民币30万元。目标公司透过农牧人可变利益实体协议控制江苏农牧人的营运(即生鲜食品零售业务分部)的相关事宜。
中国白银集团及金猫银猫近期联合公布，出售事项的完成已于2025年1月13日作实。于完成后，金猫银猫不再持有目标公司的任何股权，目标集团的成员公司不再为金猫银猫及中国白银各自的附属公司，且生鲜食品零售业务分部不再为金猫银猫集团及中国白银集团各自的营运分部。
