国外运面向专业投资者公开发行面值总额不超过40亿元人民币(下同)的公司债券，可在注册有效期内分期发行。
本期债券发行规模为不超过20亿元，债券期限为3年。本月17日，发行人和簿记管理人在网下向专业机构投资者进行了票面利率询价。根据网下专业机构投资者询价结果，经发行人和簿记管理人协商一致，最终确定本期债券的票面利率为1.79%。(js/w)
