Meituan (HKG:3690) granted 5,108,204 restricted share units (RSUs) to its employee participants and certain service providers on Sunday under its post-initial public offering share award scheme, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Out of the total number of RSUs awarded, 5,098,834 were granted to the employee participants while the remaining 9,370 were granted to certain service providers of the group.
Going forward, 478,119,050 shares will be available for grants to employees, while 62,276,555 shares will be available for grants to service providers, the filing added.
