智通财经APP获悉，为企业提供身份管理软件的SailPoint(SAIL.US)上周五向美国证券交易委员会提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，计划筹资至多10亿美元。
据介绍，SailPoint提供解决方案，为企业实现全面的身份安全，服务的客户包括许多世界上最大和最复杂的组织，以及所有主要垂直行业的大型企业和政府。该公司提供了一系列解决方案，以满足客户在多种部署选项中的不同需求，包括基于统一平台Atlas的SaaS云解决方案Identity Security Cloud和客户托管的身份安全解决方案IdentityIQ。
