智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.76%，报0.66港元，成交额1049.98万港元。
消息面上，1月16日，中信金融资产发布盈利预告，根据初步核算数据，2024年度归属于公司股东的净利润预计是90亿元至100亿元之间，同比增长410%至466%。据悉，2023年度归属于公司股东的净利润为17.66亿元。
值得注意的是，中信金融资产公司向中信集团转让华融金融租赁股份有限公司60%股份事项已于近日完成。此次交易完成后，中信金融资产持有华融金租约25.03亿股股份，占比19.92%，后者将成为公司的联营企业，不再是财务并表的附属公司。
