智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)发布公告，于2025年1月20日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，公司已有条件同意向认购人配发及发行，而认购人已有条件同意认购合共10.6亿股认购股份，根据一般授权认购价为每股认购股份0.088港元。认购价较于本公告日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.076港元溢价约15.79%。
配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及认购事项的其他开支)将约为9300万港元。
