DY6 Metals Raises Over AU$200,000 via Entitlement Offer; Shares Down 5%

DY6 Metals (ASX:DY6) raised more than AU$200,000 following the completion of its entitlement offer, according to a Jan. 17 filing with the Australian bourse.

The company raised AU$59,022 through accepted entitlements and a further AU$145,728 via the shortfall to underwriters. It will allot and issue over 29.2 million loyalty options under the offer on Jan. 21.

The metals explorer's shares were down 5% on market close.
