ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) issued and allotted 233,436 shares in the company capital at an exercise price of SG$0.36 per warrant, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the issuance, the number of issued ordinary shares of the company has increased from 868,213,885 ordinary shares to 868,447,321 ordinary shares.
