星展发表研报，认为九龙仓集团(00004.HK) 豪宅业务被市场忽视，旗下山顶及九龙塘豪宅项目，在竣工后应能为其带来可观的回报。另外，正在计划的重建项目亦将会释放九仓旗下油塘海滨地皮的价值。
星展指，继近期出售山顶道77/79号豪宅后，九仓计划于今年推出另一个超级豪宅项目“种植道1号”，预计相关发展将成为该公司未来数年的主要盈利动力。该行亦认为，若九仓旗下山顶、启德及九龙塘的住宅项目受到市场欢迎，将推动其股价上升。
