　　1月19日，优必选发布公告，将为股权激励计划以不超过2亿元人民币进行股份购买。据公告内容，优必选董事会对本集团的经营业绩及未来发展前景充满信心，认为目前公司H股估值偏低，当前是进行股份购买以进一步实施该计划的适当时机。公司还表示，在考虑所有相关情况后，未来可能会拨付额外资金进行更多股份购买，以支持该计划的实施。
