智通财经APP获悉，优必选(09880)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨7.79%，报58.1港元，成交额3.69亿港元。
消息面上，1月19日，优必选发布公告，将为股权激励计划以不超过2亿元人民币进行股份购买。据公告内容，优必选董事会对本集团的经营业绩及未来发展前景充满信心，认为目前公司H股估值偏低，当前是进行股份购买以进一步实施该计划的适当时机。公司还表示，在考虑所有相关情况后，未来可能会拨付额外资金进行更多股份购买，以支持该计划的实施。
据悉，优必选目前聚焦人形机器人在工业场景的应用，已是全球合作车厂最多的人形机器人企业，Walker S系列也已成为全球进入最多车厂实训的人形机器人。此外，为了加速人形机器人的产业化进程，优必选坚定布局人形机器人全栈式技术，在面向通用任务的规划大模型、语义VSLAM、学习型运动控制等具身智能关键技术实现突破，赋予了人形机器人聪明的大脑和敏捷的小脑。
