金猫银猫(01815.HK) 及中国白银集团(00815.HK) 今日(20日)早上复牌，金猫银猫高开46.3%报0.6元，早段曾飙1.07倍高见0.85元，现报0.7元，升70.73%，成交2,450万股，涉资1,757.75万元。中国白银高开19.3%报0.34元，其后曾涨22.8%高见0.35元，现报0.31元，升8.77%，成交1,970.4万股，涉资625.57万元。
两间公司联合公布，其非全资附属西藏龙天勇于去年下半年聘请地质专家于山南勘查区进行矿产资源普查工作。根据该评审意见书及由西藏评审中心出具的评审意见书，该普查的工作发现若干金矿化带，并在其中进一步圈定若干金矿体；估算该等金矿体的推断矿石量约为210万吨，金推断金属量约为5,800公斤，平均金品位约为每吨2.77克。依据已进行分析的结果，并有待进一步分析和勘探工作的开展，初步预期山南勘查区远景金金属量可达约20至25吨，展现出大型金矿的潜力。
此外，金猫银猫建议将公司的英文名称由“CSMall Group Limited”更改为“Mount Everest Gold Group Company Limited”；中文双重外文名称由“金猫银猫集团有限公司”更改为“珠峰黄金集团有限公司”，以反映其对中国的黄金相关业务营运的长期专注，及公司进军同样与黄金相关并于喜马拉雅山脉珠穆朗玛峰附近进行的矿产勘探活动。(jl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
