与此同时，涉事的另一方沃尔玛则拒绝就此事发表评论。

值得注意的是，即将离任的FTC主席莉娜·汗在一份声明中表示，FTC的行动旨在确保所有杂货商和其他企业，无论规模大小，都能在市场竞争中获得公平待遇，并凭借其技能、效率和才能进行竞争。她强调，FTC将致力于维护市场竞争的公平性和透明度。

然而，FTC内部的意见并非一致。在该案的投票中，两名共和党委员投票反对此案，其中包括将于周一在唐纳德·特朗普总统上任后担任FTC主席的安德鲁·弗格森。这一分歧也反映了在市场竞争和反垄断问题上的不同立场和观点。（文智）
