智通财经APP获悉，手机产业链早盘普涨，截至发稿，舜宇光学(02382)涨4.69%，报65.8港元；比亚迪电子(00285)涨2.62%，报39.1港元；高伟电子(01415)涨2.63%，报27.35港元；丘钛科技(01478)涨2.06%，报6.45港元。
消息面上， 1月20号起，全国各地将陆续实行新的消费电子补贴方案，每人手机、平板、智能手表（手环）中可补贴1件，每件补贴比例为减去生产、流通环节及移动运营商所有优惠后最终销售价格的15%，每件最高不超过500元。
国金证券认为，在商品本身优惠后再补商品价格的15%（不超过500元）是力度较大的补贴，刺激补贴方案将会刺激消费电子产品2025年市场复苏。大摩表示，重申补贴将成为智能手机OEM和供应链的短期正面催化剂，并预计小米、舜宇光学科技、瑞声科技、比亚迪电子及丘钛科技将成为主要受惠者。
