Odaily星球日报讯 美国候任总统特朗普 17 日在社交媒体上表示，由于首都华盛顿特区预计出现严寒天气，他的就职典礼将改为室内举行。 特朗普说，华盛顿特区的天气预报显示，风寒效应可能导致 20 日出现严重低温天气。他已下令将就职演讲等仪式移至国会大厦圆形大厅举行。1985 年，前总统里根的第二次就职典礼也是因天气严寒改在国会大厦圆形大厅举行。 特朗普还说，就职典礼当天，第一资本体育馆将对外开放，民众可现场观看直播，并参与总统就职游行。特朗普还计划 19 日下午在该体育馆举行一场庆祝集会。 特朗普将于 1 月 20 日下午 12 时（北京时间 21 日凌晨 1 时）宣誓就职。气象预报显示，届时当地气温将降至零下 6 摄氏度左右，体感温度可能达到零下 12 到 14 摄氏度。（新华社）
