观点网讯：优必选1月19日晚间公布，公司已委任云南国际信托有限公司作为受托人，以管理H股激励计划。受托人将根据计划规则，通过动用(其中包括)公司以其自有资金注入信托的资金，按当前市价透过二级市场购买H股，以达成根据该计划授出奖励的目的。
另一方面，优必选董事会对集团的经营业绩及未来发展前景充满信心，认为目前H股估值偏低，现时乃进行股份购买以进一步实施该计划的适当时机。公司目前预期以不超过人民币2亿元的总代价进行股份购买。
优必选还表示，公司在考虑所有相关情况(包括当前市况)后，未来可能会拨付额外资金进行更多股份购买，以支持该计划的实施。
