格隆汇1月19日丨晶泰控股-P(02228.HK)发布公告，2025年1月18日，公司与配售代理(即中信证券、国泰君安国际及京基证券集团)订立配售协议，据此，公司同意根据一般授权发行，而配售代理同意(个别而非共同或共同及个别)作为公司的代理，在配售协议的条款及条件规限下，按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价每股配售股份4.28港元认购合共最多2.64亿股配售股份。
配售股份数目相当于本公告日期现有已发行股本约7.73%及紧随完成后经扩大已发行股本约7.18%。 假设所有2.64亿股配售股份获悉数认购，完成后，配售将筹集的所得款项总额将约为11.30亿港元，而配售产生的所得款项净额估计约为11.25亿港元。按公司将向联交所申请批准配售股份上市及买卖。
