金融界1月20日消息，华源控股“公告称，”公司于2024年3月27日召开相关会议审议通过使用自有资金进行现金管理的议案，可用最高不超30,000万元自有资金购买理财产品。近日，公司使用自有资金7,000万元向招商银行吴江支行购买结构性存款，起息日为2025.1.20，到期日为2025.2.20，期限31天，预期年化收益率1.30%-2.10%。公司及子公司与相关金融机构无关联关系。
