【交通银行：香港子行未分配利润转增股本获监管批复】金十数据1月20日讯，交通银行公告，公司全资控股子公司交通银行（香港）有限公司已将不超过71亿港元未分配利润转增股本（不向股东提供现金选择权）。转增完成后，香港子行股本为450亿港元，本公司继续保持对香港子行的全资控股地位。本次转增事项已经公司董事会审议批准，无需提交股东大会审议。该转增事项已获监管机构批复同意。
