智通财经APP讯，华融金控(00993)发布公告，董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited”更改为“XinKong International Capital Holdings Limited”，并将公司的中文第二名称由“华融国际金融控股有限公司”更改为“信控国际资本有限公司”。建议更改公司名称须待股东于股东特别大会通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称以及百慕达公司注册处处长已授出建议更改公司名称的批准后，方可作实。
