智通财经APP获悉，和黄医药(00013)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.34%，报21.65港元，成交额6595.51万港元。
消息面上，和黄医药宣布，与阿斯利康共同开发的口服间质-上皮转化因子(MET)酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)”沃瑞沙“，用于治疗具有MET外显子14跳变的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌成人患者，新适应症上市申请已获中国国家药监局批准。
中银国际表示，和黄医药最近宣布以6.08亿元出售其在上海和黄药业45%股份，相当于15倍市盈率。出售所得将用于加速全球创新并进一步战略性地开发其专有的下一代的抗体靶向偶联药物ATTC平台。公司预计将在2025年下半年启动ATTC候选药物的临床试验。关于后期资产，赛沃替尼联用奥西替尼的NDA申请已被CDE受理并纳入优先审查，并预计将于今年首季在美国提交NDA申请。此外，在向CDE提交补充文件后，索乐匹尼布预计将于2025年获得NDA批准。
