智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)发布公告，因该行实施2024年三季度权益分派，“重银转债”自2025年1月17日起至本次权益分派股权登记日(2025年1月23日)期间暂停转股，本次权益分派股权登记日后的第一个交易日(2025年1月24日)恢复转股。“重银转债”转股价格自2025年1月24日起由人民币10.09元/股调整为人民币9.92元/股(四舍五入保留两位小数)。
