Lisi Group (Holdings) (HKG:0526) said KPMG resigned due to disagreements over the audit fee for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company appointed Forvis Mazars as its new auditor. The change is not expected to impact the 2025 audit or annual results.
All changes are effective January 17, the filing said.
