格隆汇1月17日｜渣打证券（中国）有限公司上海分公司近日获颁《经营证券期货业务许可证》，获准开展的业务包括证券经纪、证券承销（限承揽）以及证券资产管理（限承揽）。上海分公司是渣打证券（中国）落地的首个分支机构。2024年3月，渣打证券（中国）开始在华展业，在债券、ABS承销等业务方面取得初步进展。近年来，外资券商在华展业步调加快，根据公开资料，渣打证券上海分公司是2025年以来首家外资券商在华获准营业的分支机构。
