智通财经APP讯，元续科技(08637)发布公告，公司获公司控股股东SGP BVI及Baccini(分别各自持有公司已发行股本约39.10%及16.50%)告知，彼等已于2025年1月20日共同采纳计划。
SGP BVI及Baccini采纳计划旨在使SGP BVI及Baccini可向合资格参与者授出奖励，作为彼等对集团所作贡献的激励及╱或报酬，以奖励为集团的发展及成功作出贡献之人士，激励彼等留任集团，并通过向彼等提供获取公司股权之机会，激励彼等为集团未来发展及扩张作出努力。
公司获SGP BVI及Baccini告知，于2025年1月20日，SGP BVI及Baccini向集团两名高级管理层成员及一名雇员授出合共975万股股份的奖励。授出奖励旨在表彰彼等对集团业务及发展所作出的贡献。
