格隆汇1月20日丨金猫银猫(01815.HK)及中国白银集团(00815.HK)联合公告，中国白银和金猫银猫于2024年8月完成对江西乐通新材料有限公司(持有西藏龙天勇矿业有限公司100%股权)的收购，西藏龙天勇拥有西藏山南市28.88平方公里的矿产资源普查许可。2024年下半年，西藏龙天勇聘请独立第三方地质专家进行普查，并于2024年12月完成。普查报告显示，该区域发现了若干金矿化带和金矿体，估算推断矿石量约210万吨，金金属量约5800公斤，平均金品位约2.77克/吨。专家认为该区域具有大型金矿的潜力。
建议进行进一步勘探和研究工作，包括详查金矿体、矿床开采技术条件研究等。中国白银和金猫银猫的股份自2025年1月17日下午3时21分暂停买卖，并计划于2025年1月20日上午9时恢复买卖。
