智通财经APP讯，卓悦控股(00653)发布公告，公司的附属公司与海南丰和汇电商有限公司(丰和汇)于2025年1月19日，就有关集团可能与丰和汇的潜在策略性合作计划订立不具法律约束力的合作备忘录，代表协议双方的初步共识，而可能合作须待协议双方订立正式合作协议方告落实。
根据合作备忘录，集团及丰和汇一致同意推动双方全面合作，实现优势互补及互惠共赢。双方将共同就供应链、跨境电商、直播电商与新媒体分销、物流管家等业务合作发展，进一步开展商机。
公告称，订立本合作备忘录旨在透过充分发挥集团及丰和汇各自的综合资源优势、创新合作新模式，实现短期成效与中长期战略性目标的均衡发展。双方希望透过展开全方位合作，开展业务优化，强化协同机制进行产业创新和科技创新，并带来重大机遇。董事会相信，合作备忘录会进一步促进公司往后的持续发展及稳健成长，提供盈利能力，及为股东带来更可观的回报。
