智通财经APP讯，未来数据集团(08229)发布公告，由于公司与罗申美会计师事务所未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的审计费用达成共识，因此，罗申美已辞任公司核数师，自2025年1月20日起生效。
在审核委员会建议下，其已决定建议委任柏淳会计师事务所有限公司担任新核数师，且将于将予召开及举行的公司股东特别大会上提呈一项普通决议案供股东批准，以委任柏淳为新核数师，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。董事会及审核委员会已评估柏淳的资质，并认为柏淳具备获委任为核数师的恰当资质。
