【公募REITs交易规模同比显著增长，多单产品下调申报估值】金十数据1月20日讯，记者获悉，开年以来公募REITs的火爆还在延续中。来自开源证券的数据显示，上周公募REITs市场交易规模成交量达7.59亿份，同比增长40.3%；成交额达30.37亿元，同比增长72.95%，双双实现明显增长。从二级市场的走势来看，截至上周五，中证REITs（收盘）指数收于812.84点，环比下跌0.81%；中证REITs全收益指数收于997.68点，环比下跌0.81%。全市场已经上市的58只产品中，环比上涨的有19只，其中产业园区REITs和住房租赁REITs涨势领先；环比下跌的则增加至37只，其中还有多只产品跌幅超过2%。行业方面，上周有2单产品回复交易所反馈，并且都下调申报估值。除此之外，创金合信首农产业园REIT在上周获上交所反馈，监管对估值关注点有所细化，凸显进一步压实REITs一级估值的监管态势。
