智通财经APP获悉，中资券商股早盘普涨，截至发稿，中金公司(03908)涨3.72%，报12.84港元；招商证券(06099)涨2.97%，报14.56港元；广发证券(01776)涨2.36%，报10.4港元；海通证券(06837)涨2.4%，报6.41港元。
消息面上，1月19日，中国人民银行官网发布消息称，近日，中国人民银行、中国证监会联合召开股票回购增持再贷款座谈会，进一步发挥政策工具稳定资本市场作用。此外，证监会起草规则拟进一步提升上市公司募集资金安全性和使用规范性。
广发证券指出，国务院新规优化市场生态，证监会新规规范募集资金使用。政策着眼于提升资本市场稳定性，维稳政策空间充足，短期经济数据与政策空窗期，市场活跃度有所震荡，随着外部不确定性与内部应对逐步落地，增量资金接力，市场活跃度有望再回升。证券行业24年第四季度业绩高增，短期存在利好催化，行业有所滞涨，估值修复空间可期，建议重视券商及证券IT的业绩估值高弹性。
