RTX 50一级缓存丝毫不变！二级缓存倒是大了不少
快科技1月17日消息，Blackwell虽然号称是新架构，但对比Ada Lovelace(RTX 40系列)并未进行大幅度的革新，而是一次小改升级，比如一级缓存就丝毫没有变化，二级缓存倒是有所增加。
事实上，Ada Lovelace架构的一级缓存就没有变化，上次大变还要追溯到更早的Ampere(RTX 30系列)。
这三代架构，每个SM单元的一级缓存都是128KB，不过Blackwell GB202芯片因为将SM单元从128个增加到170个，一级缓存总容量从16.3MB增加到21.7MB。
GB203芯片也类似，SM单元从76个增加到84个，一级缓存总量从9.7MB增加到10.7MB。
二级缓存方面，GB202从上代72MB大幅增加到98.3MB，幅度36.5％，但是依然不如AD102来得激进，后者从前代6MB来到72MB，幅度超过12倍。
GB203的二级缓存为65MB，只比上代增加1MB，聊胜于无。
