智通财经APP获悉，卓悦控股(00653)早盘涨近11%，截至发稿，涨10.87%，报0.255港元，成交额352.87万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所1月14日披露的文件，陈健文于1月13日以每股均价0.158港元场外增持卓悦控股2.1亿股普通股股份，价值约3,318万港元。增持后，陈健文最新持股数目为3.35亿股股份，好仓比例由52.71%升至74.89%。
近期，在2025年香港经济峰会上，卓悦集团主席兼执行董事陈健文表示，传统的零售模式已经不适应当前的市场环境，特别是移动互联网和电商平台的兴起。电商是零售业未来发展的必经之路，尤其是跨境电子商务。陈建文还指出，卓悦控股正在积极转型，通过学习和理解跨境电商的新模式，利用传统优势来适应新的市场环境。集团亦期待在2025年初能够带来新的惊喜，展示跨境电商在大湾区的潜力。
