　　泰达生物（08189）公布，于2025年1月16日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于6名承配人配售最多2.394亿股配售股份，每股配售股份0.265港元，较当日在联交所所报收市价每股H股0.325 港元折让约18.46%。

　　假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售净筹约6300万港元，公司将使用本次募集资金与合作伙伴共同新设公司的方式，从图灵通诺（北京）科技有限公司 （Yi Tunnel （Beijing） Technology Co．， Ltd．）购买医疗健康软件平台，满足老年人群的健康检测、慢病管理及专业护理等医疗养老需求，以推动公司现有医疗养老大健康业务的升级。
