美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）周四表示，通用汽车公司就未经司机同意就共享司机位置和行为数据的指控达成和解。

　　联邦贸易委员会称，通用汽车没有向消费者明确披露，通过其OnStar 联网汽车服务和OnStar 智能驾驶功能收集了精确的地理位置和驾驶行为数据。这些数据随后在未经消费者许可的情况下被出售给第三方，包括消费者报告机构。

　　在达成和解后，通用汽车表示，其去年已停止了所有汽车的智能驾驶计划，取消了所有客户的注册，并结束了与LexisNexis和Verisk的第三方远程信息处理合作。

　　“尊重客户的隐私并赢得他们的信任对我们来说非常重要，”该公司表示。

　　根据和解协议，通用汽车将被禁止在五年内向消费者报告机构披露消费者的地理位置和驾驶员行为数据。美国联邦贸易委员会表示，该公司将采取进一步措施，在收集、使用和披露联网车辆数据方面为消费者提供更大的透明度和选择。

　　美国联邦贸易委员会声称，通用汽车公司鼓励客户注册OnStar 系统，因为它可以帮助他们评估自己的驾驶习惯。然而，该公司没有明确披露该服务收集的信息类型，也没有说明这些信息将被出售。

　　此外，该机构表示，通用汽车对这一功能的注册过程令人困惑和误导，并指出一些消费者并不知道他们已经注册了这项服务。
