格隆汇1月17日｜据路透，美国联邦贸易委员(FTC)会周四表示，已将针对Snap的投诉提交给美国司法部，该投诉称其消息应用程序Snapchat使用人工智能聊天机器人对年轻用户造成了伤害。消费者保护机构没有提供有关My AI聊天机器人所涉危害的更多细节，但表示将投诉转交给司法部符合公众利益，其调查“发现有理由相信Snap正在违反或即将违反法律。”Snap发言人表示，My AI采用了“严格的安全和隐私流程”，并表示联邦贸易委员会“缺乏确凿的证据”。
