智通财经APP讯，湾区发展(00737)发布公告，经通过广州公共资源交易中心进行若干公开招标及投标程序后，于2025年1月17日，广深珠公司就有关经批准路段改扩建项目的钢结构桥梁制造与各承建商订立以下钢结构制造合同(G1及G2标段)：1.与江苏沪宁订立钢结构制造合同(G1标段)，签约合同价为人民币5.53亿元;及2.与中铁山桥订立钢结构制造合同(G2标段)，签约合同价为人民币8.75亿元。
钢结构制造合同(G1标段)标的事项：江苏沪宁(作为承建商)将承接经批准路段自K2+270起始至K71+130.658终止路段的钢结构桥梁制造(含匝道桥，不含太平至五点梅上层高架桥)制造，预估重量4.8万吨。
钢结构制造合同(G2标段)标的事项：中铁山桥(作为承建商)将承接经批准路段自KSK59+958起始至KSK63+731终止路段的太平至五点梅上层高架桥钢结构桥梁制造，预估重量7.2万吨。
公告称，高速公路的投资、建设、营运和维护为集团的主要业务之一。订立钢结构制造合同(G1及G2标段)为实施经批准路段改扩建项目的一部分。实施经批准路段改扩建项目，将有助于提升经批准路段的通行能力和服务水平，壮大集团在收费公路行业的核心竞争力，符合集团的发展战略。
