哈尔滨电气执行董事沈同辞职
财中社1月20日电哈尔滨电气（01133）发布公告，沈同因职务变动辞去公司执行董事及提名委员会委员职务，辞呈自即日起生效。辞任后，董事会人数暂时低于公司章程规定的人数，公司将尽快按照法定程序完成补选及选聘等后续工作。沈同确认与董事会、监事会并无任何意见分歧，且辞任无其他需知会股东的事项。
辞任后，董事会成员包括执行董事曹志安和黄伟，独立非执行董事有贺禹、潘启龙、牛向春和高一斌。曹志安担任战略发展委员会主任委员，黄伟为薪酬委员会主任委员，贺禹和高一斌分别担任审核委员会和提名委员会的主任委员。
