　　国药控股（01099）公布，预计国药一致（000028.SZ）于2024年归属于上市公司股东的净利润为约5.61亿元-7.6亿元，同比下降52.48%-64.92%；预计扣非净利约4.97亿-6.96亿元，同比下降54.59%-67.58%。

　　根据商誉减值测试初步测试结果，国药一致本次拟计提的商誉及无形资产（品牌使用权和销售网络）减值准备金额约8.76亿元至10.7亿元，预计将减少报告期内归属于上市公司股东的净利润5.05亿元至6.18亿元。
