Netradyne said it raised $90 million in a Series D funding round which was led by Point72 Private Investments.
Other participants included Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital, the Software-as-a-Service company said Thursday.
Proceeds will be used to accelerate growth via strategic investment in research and development, as well as global expansion and other purposes, the company said.
Customers include Loomis, Swift Transportation and Load One, Netradyne said.
The company said it provides AI-powered fleet safety and video telematics solutions.
