香港宽频(01310.HK) 周一(20日)举办 “香港宽频创科生态联盟”启动典礼，同时与百度智能云等多间科企签署生态合作，协助企业以科技解决方案提升营运效能及拓展业务。
香港宽频集团总裁及营运总裁叶成辉透露，一直有不同科企寻求加入创科生态联盟，公司会审慎考虑日后进行合作的企业，形容不会在平台内引入竞争，料日后签约合作的创科生态联盟企业将多于100间。
叶成辉认为，是次推出的创科生态联盟对集团业绩有一定帮助。他提及，现时香港宽频大部分利润来自宽频业务，至于ICT业务利润相对较逊色，期望透过上述合作为集团带来新方向，通过独特的方案服务扩展市场。
早前有外媒报道，美国基础设施投资公司I Squared Capital考虑收购香港宽频。叶成辉回应指，正就相关事件与I Squared Capital进行商讨，暂未有全面收购要约。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-20 16:25。)
