1月16日，据彭博社报道，小红书的大股东正在就减持股份的事宜进行商谈，估值至少达到200亿美元，腾讯控股等大公司有兴趣接手。
知情人士透露，小红书的现有投资者GGV Capital、金沙江创投和天图投资正在积极洽售部分持股，表现出购买兴趣的基金包括小红书的现有股东红杉中国和高瓴，腾讯也在考虑是否进一步增持小红书的股份。
上述交易如果达成，则将推动小红书的估值回到2021年时的巅峰水平，并提振其首次公开募股（IPO）前景。业界估计该公司最快将于今年IPO，具体将取决于市场状况。
知情人士称，该交易尚未完成，由于许多现有股东拥有优先购买权，交易的进展仍存在不确定性。如果潜在买家决定暂时观望，谈判仍可能破裂。
