消息面上，中国中药此前发盈警，预期该集团于2024年溢利净额同比下降90%-100%；本期经调整溢利净额同比下降50%- 60%。纯利下滑主要由于集采降价、市场竞争加剧及药材成本偏高等多重因素影响中药配方颗粒业务销售规模及盈利水平；本期信用减值、商誉减值及厂房减值增加；及公司的部分附属公司补缴税款。
